At different times and in different countries people treated priestesses of love in different ways: some were positive, some – completely negative. Today the attitudes towards prostitution and its representatives are contradictory. This is especially true of the former USSR, where, as we know, sex and prostitution did not exist at all (but who believes that?).
The Proponents of the prostitution’s legalization are often against of this kind of business but they recognize the problem of prostitution and think that its legalization is because of its necessity. Though it does not imply or justify a government support. To support their point of view they bring a variety of reasons such as "the legalization of prostitution would keep organized records and health monitoring of love’s priestesses that could significantly reduce the growth of venereal diseases", "prostitution has always existed and will exist", "prostitution is not the oldest profession but the ancient ritual and a secular law simply can not deal with religious rituals".
The opponents of legalization also cause the compelling arguments. They put the spiritual and moral decline of society as the focus which inevitably will be a result of such a democracy. In particular, they rely on the experience of Holland. Certain sections of the country, which legalize prostitution, drugs and same-sex marriages, crave for more and more. The result is that the party of Dutch pedophiles "Charity, Freedom and Diversity" offered to legalize the prostitution of children! According to representatives of international funds to protect children and their rights, the expansion of Dutch society began with the "noble" idea - the legalization of prostitution. Another bitter opponent of the prostitution’s legalization is a religion. World religions are unanimous in this matter as they consider a similar exercise to be the one of the most grievous sins.
Of course, so many people - so many opinions, but how do you think: do we need to legalize prostitution in countries where this legalization does not exist yet?

I think that we have to legalize it. Otherwise we will still have a black market. The prostitution always have been and will be forever!
ReplyDeletei am against of it. Black market was, is and will be - it does not matter whether it is prostitution or not. I agree with the fact about Dutch society: the idea to legalize the prostitution gave a birth to other "crazy" ideas. As they say: the first step is the hardest...
ReplyDeleteif we do not legalize it it will not mean that it will cease to exist. so, maybe it would be better to accept it?
ReplyDeleteI am against of it! Of course, I understand that prostitution will not disappear if it is not legal but... This is the first step to chaos. After that we'll legalize drugs, child prostitution, we will buy and cell people... i am completely against!
ReplyDeleteI think we have to do it! nothing will stop prostitution-market. Let's better legalize it!
ReplyDeleteyeah, i agree, it's legalisation will at least lead to decrease deseases
